Ask some palmist..they only can do all those calculations to find out ur moonsign.and ofcourse I guess some more infos are required for it.The infos u gave might help to find ur sunsign(zodiac),but not ur moonsign.ur sunsign is libra...

sorry , there is no need where you born because moon sign can be known without place information because moon changes house every two hours but remain with same sign SO YOUR INFORMATION IS SUFFICIENT AND YOUR MOON SIGN IS TAURUS
