my boyfriend is wanting to peirce his ear. i heard that if one lobe periced means your gay like on a certain side. he said he heard both means you are. we are so not homophobic but we were just wondering. because i dont want people to think hes gay.. does anyone know about this and could help me out??
another question does that mean the same for cartilege as well?

Both ears is GAY! but some people think that the right ear is gay too!!! So if you care what other people think then tell him to just get the left but if you don't then do what ever you want!!!

Personally, earings on a guy look gay, unless they're done tastefully. It also depends on what the guy looks like too. My brother had his pierced. I can't remember if it was in both ears but he had two sets with thin gold loops. It looked good on him because he could pull it off.
If your guy already looks a bit metro it'll make him look a lot more if they're pierced. I think gauged ears look great on guys. Ask him if he'd like those. They don't look as gay.
