Batman. Superman can never really lose. That kryptonite thing is lame. Batman faces real danger and could even die, but he is the best of what makes us skilled as humans. I go with him every time.

he's human, he's mortal, he's vulnerable, he has his limits in strentgh an agility, and yet he's a survivor
and unlike superman, he doesn't pause and smile to the cameras everytime he prevents a crime or save a cat. batman would finish his deed, and be gone once he makes sure the police arrived
the man basiclly build himself for crying outload! superman was simply "born" that way! and if you're looking for excitment, then batman's your best choice. there are many risks and fatal mistakes to take, while on the other hand, superman, well, if u want him to do any action then he'll have to fight an alien or a creature from another dimension. how original!
