well, contradicting none explained answers like those2 are really helpful.

Lighting in an average to large sized production is lighting, in a small production it's special effects. Editing is the re-arrangement and removal of scenes, any changes made by computer as far as the visual outcome is called special effects, this would include lighting.

it would be "gaffer" which is both boom mike handling and lighting tech.
