I heard of a recent "open microphone" incident, in which defence secretary Rumsfeld was heard to say to President Bush, "Sir, we've had news that three Brazilian soldiers have just been killed in Iraq". There was a pause, then the president was heard to ask "Donald, how many is that, exactly?". Hope that helps!
