Well you could just say it, or...you could be spontaneous and do something for her- just because....surprise her with the unexpected.... do some little chore to make her day eaiser. send her a single red rose to her place of work ...with a little note "just because I think you are beautiful & I love you!" you could do this on a reg basis...like every mon ...you could add a hint of mystery by changing the card.....from you secret admirer...then after a bit...send one or better yet deliver it in person...from ____________your not so secret admirer....

take her for a nice meal, hand her a flower look into her eyes and just say them 3 little words...or you could have a quiet night in by the telly with a duvet over you both all cosied up, look at her and tell her that you have fallen in love with her...she will be blown away....and it dont matter if she dont return them words back to you....she probably loves you but like you, does not know how to say it...once you have said it then you'll feel the love more...good luck

Well, first you can start by just doing little things for her . It doesn't have to be planed out , or anything like that ! Just ,something small . And when she asks why , and she will !! Just , turn to her and say '' I LOVE YOU !! ''

Heres an idea.....I LOVE YOU. see how easy that was. MY man and me tell eachother whenever we leave the house from eachother,,,whenever we hang up from our phone calls. We tell eachother all the time,,,because you never know what could happen,,and we dont ever want to miss that chance,,if something was to ever happen with one of us. Tell her and dont wait,,im sure she will be happy hearing you tell her that.
