Drain pipe is cast iron rated for commercial application. The closer the toilet is installed toward the bathtub the better as room is very small and floor space is already a concern.

Building codes used to require 15" side space but the most recent code now requires 18" each side.

once had a bathroom that was so small if you sat on the toilet facing forward like you normally would, your feet were in the bathtub.

for all walk throughs there must be 3 feet between each object but you can get away with 2.5 but i'd go with 3
