Probably not allowing cookies

Every time that you sign out of your account, and when you go back in, yahoo will ask you for your password. If you do not sign out, then you will not have to put your password in, for 24 hours, if that is the option that you picked. That is for your own protection, so nobody else will be able to use your account..

You have to have cookies enabled. Each time you delete the cookies you will have to set each website to remember again. Go to the toold ddm at the top of your browser and look at the security pane to set your preferences for your temporary cache.
