Despite their recent stumbles, its still Indy -- I think they just get a little bored sometimes -- PM and that offence have been together so long that they can run their complex playbook in thier sleep

I bet now that everyone has given up on Indy doing anything in the playoffs, this year they step up and win it all.

(believe it or not I'm not an Indy fan, I always root against them -- something about that silver spoon football royalty Manning thing -- but I do respect the team for what they are able to do)

Like everyone has said the Bears record wise have been but their record is a bit misleading.

Wins vs GB, DET, BUF are not all that impressive as these teams are a combined 3-12.

The blowout win vs Seattle came at home on a Sunday night with Sea missing their #1 RB in Alexander.

The come from behind win vs Min was impressive however.

Undoubtedly their defense is in the top 3 in the league and I do think that they may be the best in the league so far, it will be interesting come playoff time as their schedule could come back to hurt them.

I don't like Indy's chances this year unless they can stop the run. I think if teams run the bowl consistently this Indy team not only can't stop it that well but also will lose clock time with Payton. They have some difficult matchups the rest of the way with Visits to Denver, NE, Jaxsonville and home matchups vs Cinci and Phili.

Tough to say this early in the season, but I'd have to go with the Bears... not as a bandwagon fan though, I've been following them for a long time through some miserable seasons. They have the highest scoring offense in the league as of now, and their defense has given up the fewest points of any team as well. Even their special teams is forcing turnovers, converting them to points and making solid punt and kick returns. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they'll go undefeated nor am I guaranteeing a Super Bowl win, but they look like the most balanced team in the league right now.

Pats. MmmeBarr are you serious?? The colts are the cheaters now. If you read the yahoo news thing. Their cheating with their defense. Intentionally create a big noise and "skipping" which is clearly stated against the NFL's rules. So don't you ever say that. Colts have been caugh cheating too.

Chicago Bears! They are mauling everyone. Buffalo got beaten like a bad child by their daddy! They've always had a great defense - but now they've got offense and that makes them very very dangerous. I think they can taste playoffs now, and they can probably smell superbowl. Unless someone major goes out - like Grossman, Urlacher, or Brown - they've got a really really good shot at playoffs, divisional champion and superbowl champion.

Right now Chicago. Looking at their schedule and the way they are playing, they could challenge the undefeated season record of the '72 Dolphins...MAYBE, still a long ways to go.
