Some list it as Pisces others as Aquarius, which is right?

I was actually born a week into Libra so I am a libra, but I have a lot of Virgo qualities... I just read both horoscopes and remind myself that that is the reason why I am soo confusing because I'm complex and unique as are you Pisces with an Aquarius cusp....

it is the first day of pisces which means it is a cusp. a cusp is when you are born at the time the sign changes from one to the next. you should read horoscopes for both signs because you have qualities from both signs, but you are a pisces.
