I havent eaten anything in the past three or four days... at the most I just drank water... or orange juice. But I don't drink alcohol or do drugs or anything like that. And I'm definatly not trying to be anorexic or lose weight. I just havent had the desire to eat anything, and when I do eat something, I take one bite and I feel like I'm gonna throw up, which is weird because this never happens- I havent thrown up in 12 years (and still havent, thank god) and I usually eat a lot. I don't feel sick or anything, but I don't know what's going on. I know this sounds gross but I can't help but gag when I brush my teeth or when people talk about food! And I love food, but for some reason thinking about it, or even eating it makes me sick. I feel perfectly fine, except for the fact that I'm hungry, but I'm not hungry... I don't know how to explain it. It's like, my brain and stomach are telling me to eat, but I don't want to because my desire for food isn't there anymore. What's going on?

Don't worry. Once I lost my appetite for a few days, just so happens it was in the middle of summer and on an extremely busy weekend, I was so hot and constantly active that I lost 12 pounds, NO JOKE!!!!!!!!! I look great. I wish it would happen again, I could stand to lose a little more weight.

Are you under alot of stress??? Sometimes you are hungrier on some days than others. You could also have the start of a virus. You really need to go to the doctor to rule out any medical reason.

it would be from not eating sufficient, or eating empty energy. concentration on nutrient dense finished meals like fruit, vegetables, finished grains (oatmeal, brown rice), legumes (beans, peas, lentils), nuts and seeds daily. those meals are wealthy in nutrition and fiber which makes you experience finished quicker and keeps you feeling finished longer. in case you eat empty energy in this style of subtle carbohydrates (white flour products, white sugar, white rice) you would be continuously hungry using fact your physique isn't getting the nutrition it demands. it would be like putting sugar in the gas tank of your motor vehicle -- the engine will stop working.
