I used to love Claudia Schiffer about 10 years ago. She was, for me, one of the most beautiful women in the world but lately she doesn't look that great. It looks like she had a facelift that pulled her face too tight.
Right now I really like Kerry McGregor (South African) who looks amazing as well as Joanna Krupa.

I'm gonna say Tyra banks. I really love her America's Next Top Model show. I am far from model material, but it teaches how important presentation and attitude can impact your appearance.
