gymnastically, a roundoff is a handspring with a twist, so you wind up facing back the way you came from.
if in conjunction with a split, it could be either going into a split mid-handspring or landing in a split following the handspring
have no clue what else it could be ... in what context is this being used? if tried with a sexual connotation, it may be injurious, sounds painful. in gymnastics, accuracy is everything ... if you miss, you're going to get hurt
