Yahoo answers is as close as you are going to get. There are some actual doctors on here (like me) who are willing to help people for free. However, there is no good way to verify the credentials of the "doctor". So, caveat emptor.

Have you tried WebMD? No one will actually answer your question, but they have a "diagnosis" generator that is pretty informative.
