Get in touch with all those people and companies you were expecting the mail from, and explain that there seems to be something going wrong with your postal redirect, and you're not receiving your mail. Ask them to reissue anything that you may have missed, and address it to you at your new place.
Also, go higher up the chain of responsibility at the post office. There is a national customer service number that you can call. Explain to them that you have not gotten any of your redirected post (give them the purchase number from the invoice), and that you have tried to straighten it out on the local level twice, with no result. Demand your money back (we have to pay a lot of money here in Canada to purchase a redirect), and tell them that you expect something to be done immediately. Waiting for a month to get post redirected is ridiculous...and tell them so!

Hi, I work for Royal Mail, I know it's a cross to bear....
Firstly phone or go into your local sorting office and ask them to check that your redirection card has come in.
Then ask them to check the details on it and that the labels inside are correct.
If everything is there and as it should be, then it will have been sorted out. If not, then things soon will be.
Alternatively, as already suggested, you can contact customer services on 08457 740 740 and ask them. It's a round about way of doing it, but you get the same outcome.
If any other questions, email me. Will be only too pleased to help.

That happened to us too. It did eventually turn up, i think it got held in the sorting office. Although I generally don't think the service is up to much because we were getting some mail redirected and some of it was still ging to our old addresss. Thankfully all the important people, bank etc had our new address. We took out a fewmonths redirection because there is always someone you forget to tell, and with christmas cards coming soon...Its expensive for the terrible service tholugh

Easier just to tell everyone your e-mail address til you get sorted. Let your friends & family contact you that way. When it comes to paying bills, these will find you! If in doubt, ask a mate to hold your mail for you, or write or e-mail Post Office til you get a result.

If you call Royal Mail customer services I'm sure they will rectify the situation for you. You can always pop down to your local delivery office and speak to the manager there to sort it out for you.
If you call customer enquiries though you can ask them to confirm that you have the correct information on the form you filled in. That way you will know one way or the other.
By the way it is only an offence if someone else opens it!

Have friends who have had dealings with Royal Mail and the only advice I can give thinking about the horror stories they have told me is to keep after them. Obviously there is some foul up someplace where some Royal Mail temp has screwed something up which is pretty normal these days so just keep after them.

Ask the people at your old place if they have post for you. Also tell everyone you know (bank, friends, work, family, DVLA, etc) your new address.

Have you just redirected or have you told your bank etc where you've moved to? If you do that it won't need to be redirected anyway. Good luck finding it though.
