I got divorced at 49 years old. I found out at that point that a middle aged man that is stable with a good job is in HUGE demand with women. My ex got to see me dating georgeous women. Also she found out a couple of her "friends" that she thought she was close to couldn't wait to come over and console me - if you know what I mean.

The best is ignoring that person and move on with your life I know it sounds easy but it's not. Time will cure your hurt and you will find somebody else and he /she will be left with the doubt if they hurt you or not good luck.

Now this depends on what he did wrong...if it was something really awful, you could pretend he was forgiven, have a romantic evening out (where he pay's) go home, have coffee, then take him to bed, undress him, tie him to the bedposts, blindfold him and smear toothpaste all over his wee lil willy. . .and RUN!
