at first i laughed at ur question, then i gave it some serious thought
I once saw a doco of a women born with no arms and she was changing and feeding her baby with her feet, it was humbling to watch
i suppose if u just lost them it would be a skill ud have to learn
Im not going to sleep tonite thinking about this, and all the other things they have to do
oh i once saw a women in the pub in a chair with no arms or legs
she orderd a drink and i stood there for ages cos i wanted to see how she was gonna drink it
i dont know to this day as i had to walk away cos i was becoming obvious i was watching

there must be some sort of device (hanging on the wall) and the person with no arm can position themself against it and wipe it off...
alternatevily, you can eat lots of bacon and let the dog clean it off...

You ever seen a dog that's got worms, he sort off pulls his hind quarters along the ground to get rid of the annoyance. May be a similar thing can be achieved with subtle hip movements along previously laid out toilet paper. Who knows!
