I agree. Last week we had our annual Fall festival and you wouldn't believe all the young kids under 12 running around everywhere. There are thousands and thousands of people who come to this festival nightly. At least this year, they had bracelets for kids that had their name and phone number to call their parents if they got lost.
Maybe something like this will warn parents of the dangers.

LOL... thats cute. guess it will scare all those irresponsible parents into looking after their kids.... dont u just get annoyed when u see parents walking down the street with their 4-5year old 7-10paces behind them and they dont even flinch an eyelid.. i hate that...
