YOu may want to take notice of whether your urine is obnormal in colour.

Make sure you drink plenty of water, kidney ache is common in people who do not drink enough water and too much caffiene. Just drink water for a few hours and if it persists then go and see doctor.

I wish you the best of health

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Had same thing recently.to make things worse wasn't able to sleep because low level and occsionally high level pain would wake me up. Tured out being kidney infection. It took two refills of Cirofloxacin HCL 250 mg. Also increase fluid intake.

You need to make an appt with the doctor. It may just be pulled muscles or something like a kidney infection.

Sounds like a pinched nerve, but could be a spine disk problem.
It would be best to go and visit a doctor, ideas over an Internet
Forum is not advisable.

Drink lots of water.. litres of it & book an appointment with the doctor for some blood tests.

The water should relieve some of the pain.. but you do need to see the doctor.
