How come every question in men's health is either about penis girth, lenght, or masturbation? Don't men have any other worries or health concerns???

I can answer question regarding the length and girth. Many men and young men, are misled into thinking that a big penis is desirable by women. At some point in their lives, they watch porno flicks. On porn flicks, the male actors mostly have large ones and the actresses that are engaged in sex with them seem to enjoy them. This gives men the idea that bigger is better.

There are definitely health concerns that affect men more, such as stress and anger management, hair loss, high blood pressure and heart ailments, mental health and the ability (or failure) to express emotions etc. etc.
