For this you need a primer on the tattoo then you need a powder that matches the skin tone. Several make-up artist use a primer to cover up eye-brows then draw them in for certain looks to sell. A good primer like smash-box photo primer will help. You can get that at QVC, spehora.com or smash-box's website.

i think u should use clinique or lakme they are both equally good just apply them more on the tattoo region
