A will is not a public record so there is no reason for it to be published on the internet or in a court record. If you wish to push the issue, tell him that you would like to create a joint will and a joint trust. He can draw it up if he likes. Then have it reviewed by a second lawyer who is acting on your behalf.
I hope this is only paranoia on your part and resolves quickly.

You are right. You have a "Trust" issue.
Just create a "Living Trust" of your estate together with your husband and then visit an attorney together and make a will & testament for the Trust.
Then you will know. Participate.
Don't accept a no for an answer.

Yes you obviously have a trust issue. As his wife, you would have rights to his property and money, wouldn't you? I don't know where you could find out but I do know this. If your husband hasn't told you and you can't trust him to tell you the truth if you ask him, you have big problems in your marriage and I would want to re-think the entire relationship!

There is no way to find out if he filed a will online. Your best bet is to ask him and discuss this. If you can't discuss something as little as a will how do you resolve big problems?

I don't think so. Wills are not required to be made public.
