If the Chamber of Secrets was open 50 years ago, where were Harry's parents at that time?

Harry Potters parents, James & Lilly were probably not born at that time. If we back track time, Harry is 12 yrs old in Chambers of secret. And His parents got married after leaving Hogwarts so they were max 22-25 yrs old when Harry was born....So we go back about 35 years.,, to when harry's parents were approximately born....and the chambers of Secret was opened when Voldmort was a young prefect in Hogwarts 50 yrs ago.

they weren't born ....let 's do some math - asume they were 20 when they had harry and 12 years(harry's age when the chamber is open) and it ads up to 32.
50-32=18
