ANSWER - Because SOCIALISM is NOT a good thing!

It promotes mediocrity and a sense of, "I'll let the other guy pick up my slack".
It does not promote hard work.

Been hitting the Cool Aid again. Lignten up on that stuff. Canada is not falling apart. I talk with them every day and they are very happy with the freedom to talk on the phone or E-mail without the Government recording what they talk about. They are also happy with the National Health care they have. At least in Canada you can not be arrested and taken to another country for torture, like here in the USA. You need to read more and watch TV less.

Once again, showing brilliant ignorance for the true north STRONG AND FREE!! We are not a socialist nation, we do have socialized medicine, which means, unlike in America, no doctor or hospital will turn you away because you do not have money or insurance.... As for "falling apart"... I was just outside, the sky is not falling, the neighbours are saying hello and the birds are singing... does NOT sound like a nation "falling apart" does it??

Canada isn't falling apart, and if it should be that wouldn't have any connection with socialism, but rather with bad management

Canada is a Democracy with Parliamentary Government and the Country is doing very well - and certainly doesn't need your opinion.

This is just another US rightwing liar. If you'd invested $1000 in US stocks when Bush took office you'd have around $1000 now. If you'd invested the same $1000 in Canadian markets you'd have about $2600.

Case closed.

The basic problem with Canada is all them stupid frog-canucks mucking up the place, like that Jocky Cretin crook.

If I were a Canuck, I'd have gladly jettisoned Quebec and its francomaniacal population and laws.
