Sounds like you are trying to refer to a polar bear since a house with all sides facing north could only be at the South Pole. However, there are no polar bears at the South Pole as far as I know. So probably an imaginary bear then.

You could build a house with all facing sides to the north, if you live at the south pole. If this is true (your living at the south pole) then no bear would come to your house as no bears live in antiartica.

if all the outsides of the walls face north, there wouldn't be any bears cuz the house would be at the south pole and there aren't any polar bears there. they live at the north pole.
