A homework was set for my Hindi class. I have to find the masculine, feminine and plural for each verb:
khaana or khaa
peena
padhana
seekhana
bolana
These have something to do with 'ti', 'ta', and 'te', but my notes no longer make much sence. Any help or links would be great.

You frame your question incorrectly. Anyway, most probably you want the following answers:
Khaana: Khaata (m.), Khaati (f), Khaate (pl.)
Peena: Peeta (m.), Peeti (f.), Peete (pl.)
Padhna: Padhta (m.), Padhti (f.), Padhte (pl.)
Seekhna: Seekhta (m.), Seekhti (f.), Seekhte (pl.)
Bolna: Bolta (m.), Bolti (f.), Bolte (pl.).
In Devanagari script, it would be written as:
खाना (verb): खाता (m.), खाती (f.), खातॆ (pl.)
पीना (verb): पीता (m.), पीती (f.), पीतॆ (pl.)
पढना (verb): पढता (m.) , पढती (f.), पढतॆ (pl.)
सीखना (verb): सीखता (m.), सीखती (f.), सीखतॆ (pl.)
बॊलना (verb): बॊलता (m.), बॊलती (f.), बॊलतॆ (pl.)
And, if you are still uninspired, (m.)~masculine; (f.)~feminine; (pl.)~plural.
