You make to much sense. It would have to be a controlled reduction but the US would never agree, because the nukes are their big sticks to get their own way and control the world

That is what Ronnie tried to accomplish with SDI...he wanted a technology that would eliminate the weapon of the nuke from the world arsenal.
The last war fought on US soil was ww2. Us territority was occupied by Japan, and we responded. We did eventually beat them off of US soil.
We did use nukes in ww2 to end that war. Japan and Germany both tried to manufacture a nuke. Japan got closer, and was within 1/2 year of having a working dirty bomb, and the means to deliver it. Fortunatly, we nuked them first. We of course did not find this out until after the war. The use of the nukes saved American and Japanese lives. More would have died on both sides if we had not used the nukes.
I would love to live in a world without nukes.

The last war in the United States was the Civil War between the North and South. The only time they were invaded by a foreign army was the war of 1812 following an unsuccessful invasion of Canada.

We live in a Nation where greed is at its highest and control and power is the # 1 rule. The U.S. maintains that since 1874 when the French and and the British coincided with the U.S. We were already building America to what it is today and we will stand behind it all the way and anyone country that threatens that shall pay the price.

Uh-huh. We were well on the way on nuclear disarmament- even Russia was getting rid of them. But then the government in USA changed and they decided to make more bombs or to "modernize their nuclear capability".
This has put us back tens of years, and I know exactly who to thank.
Other countries other than USA have used nukes, but not as a weapon.

Reagan, Bush, Bush and Russia have dismantled thousands of them.
Clinton didn't have time to mess with trivial stuff like that.
He was having fun, playing games, groping, and staining dresses.

If you don't know the answers to your questions then go back to school. If you feel you do know them and still ask just to get your anti-american point across... move.
