Get a good lawyer. Go after him for everything. Use the stuff you dont want as bargining chips. Court is not what it use to be. The judge does not want to hear about why, who and when. Believe me, my husband cheated and walked away with more then half of everything. Thats because I really didnt care. I wanted out and away.

Not if you can prove it, unless there was a pre-nup. Also, if you can't prove it, a good idea is to get together all the information you have and consult a Private Investigator, you would be surprised at what they might be able to find and they may not be as expensive as you would think. If you don't have that much time, then just try to prove it with what you have. Phone logs, any witnesses, credit card bills, etc. Good Luck!

Nope. I live in a 50-50 state and hired one hell of an attorney and got everything. The ex got his clothes and a VCR. Never specified what VCR he was to get as we had 2. So I gave him the one that didn't work and had wires sticking out from it.

Depends on the state and attorney. Also you. You must have the stamina to fight the fight. Don't give in no matter what. I regret not fighting harder. You can get more than half. In fact you can take it all and get alimony. Go for the kill. If you don't you'll regret it as I have the rest of your life.

Depends on the laws in your state and how much money you can afford to spend on a good lawyer. This is a hard question to answer in this forum, since laws vary greatly.

Of course. Unless you cleverly hide the assets and get a good, crooked lawyer.
