tampons go inside the vagina w/a string that hangs out..... to absorb the blood internally

pads or napkins as you put it.... are worn attached to the panties..... so the blood gets absorbed outside the body.

oh yes! there is a huge difference! for starters, all women have different bodies and different needs so not all women can use the same thing. tampons are "basically" an elongated cotton strip that is used internally for menstrual bleeding. not all women can use these because some women have extremely painful menstrual cycles, wide set vaginas, extremely heavy flows or very, very narrow vaginas. pads, on the other hand, are "basically" an absorbent lining that is used externally for menstrual bleeding. they can be messy, but are very easy to use and are typically given to young women who are new to dealing with their menstrual cycle. i'd suggest you take a look at a well written health book, ask a trusted adult who will give you correct information or go to your local clinic if you need more information. as a man, it's your job to understand the female side of life and how you can interact appropriately with women on subjects like these. there's nothing wrong with learning about what happens naturally to a person's body. just like men go through puberty and experience certain things, women do too. if all else fails, try a few google searches on menstrual cycle, feminine hygiene, puberty, the human reproduction cycle, etc. you should be able to piece things together.

Tampons are inserted and pads (napkins) are lined against the crotch section of the panties. Some people prefer to use tampons over napkins, mainly because there's less mess and a smaller chance of leakage. Sometimes, women prefer to use both at the same time for extra coverage.

bless!!!!!!! a tampon is inserted inside of the vagina, a napkin or sanitary towel is worn in the knickers, and a panty liner is just that it catches the normal natural secretions of a women's vagina,
( a liner isn't always used during a period) women have natural vaginal secretions all the time, some women just feel more comfortable wearing them, rather than getting moist underwear. a women can wear a tampon and a napkin at once if they have a heavy period.

Tampons are inserted inside of the girl. Sanitary napkins and panty liners are worn inside of the panties. They have sticky tape on there so they stay attached to panties.

A pad sticks into your underwear and you need to change it frequently. A tampon is inserted into your vagina-there are directions in the box. Tampons are the best to use since you don't feel them and you are drier and cleaner throughout the day. Tampons should be changed frequently as well depending on the menstrual flow.

ok i'll try to explain this to ya, they way i did to my daughter..

liners, we use them for the discharge that usually comes before your period and sometimes after.

napkins or pads as we say, younger girls use these to catch the blood that there body is letting go lol very uncomfortable and can feel like you are wearing a diaper

tampons, usually women wear these because they cant be seen threw your clothes and are more comfortable, pluse when wearing a skirt you dont want to worry about a pad falling out of your panties.

hope this helped ya.

"Napkins"? aren't they something one puts on ones lap during dinning to keep stray food from spoiling ones clothes?
