Fedex Refuse Delivery

First, DO NOT OPEN the package. Take a photograph of the package. Next, call the carrier and tell them that you wish to refuse it. They will either schedule a pickup or provide you with a location to take the package. On the call, make sure you note the reference number for the refusal so that you have records of this. Finally, return the package to the carrier and use the tracking number to follow it.
Note: Carriers/drivers will NOT accept an opened package for refusal, it is important that you do not open it.

Just call them up and say to come pick the package up. Instruct them to tell the sender only that it was undeliverable.

It's no big deal.

UPS try calling their phone number in your phone book, they will most likely still schedule pick -up, but not sure have not had to call in years. Dislike other carriers and don't buy from places that use them. There maybe time limit so waste little calling.

For your local post office, you will need to go up and sign a paper that says all packages will be kept at the post office and you will pick them up. Then they will give you a notification that you have a package up there.

UPS and FEDEX, you can call them and they can put on your address that all packages have to be delivered to a person and not left. You can try that with DHL, I don't really know about them.

You need to bring it back to the nearest UPS or FedEx location to return it, with "Refused - Return to Sender" written on the package.
