when i left the house house was properly clean and every thing was ok but after 2 months he is saying everything is messed up and he need all my deposit of £950 for fixing the things. he along with my estate agent trying to keep my deposit

You should have taken pictures of the house right after you vacated the house. And had the landlord and agent do a walk through, and sign a document stating that the house was in good condition. Before handing over the keys. If you did'nt, then your only recourse,is small claims court. Good luck.

get the services of a lawyer and file a case against them in court of justice

go to the landlord tribunal. Get stat decs from neighbours etc.

Ask him for an itemized bill of what it cost to fix the place up. I doubt if there is anything you can do, tho. ''He says'' ''You say'', and he does have the $$$$$$$.
