Technically no it does not harm the baby but why do you not use the hand instead of the instrument? It is more fullfilling. Just avoid a vibrator in the last few days of your pregnancy as there is a possibility of it inducing early labor which is not too good for the child. Other than that it is no issues

i disagree. If you use the vibrator vaginally, it may disrupt the water sac. Doctors warn against it. Slight clitoral stimulation could be achieved, but at the early stage of pregnancy, where the fetus has not been firmly seated, vibrations could harm the pregnancy. It may not physically harm the baby, but the environment in which the child exists could be made unstable. My doctor warned against using it against the belly as well. I feel oral stimulation would have more benefits to the mother, than vibrators or other toys. Consider that, and keep your baby safe.

That's disgusting......Oh, I see, you mean you using a vibrator whilst pregnant. No, not if you're careful, after all sex is not harmful until near the very end so I guess the same applies.
