Why is it, I sneeze as soon as I put a mint or mint chewing gum in my mouth.?

The Mint tablets consist of Mint oil obtained from Mentha plants the vapors of mint create a sense on mild irritation in the turbinal bones situated in the nose of some individuals which results as sneeze as a reflex action in some individuals.

The mint clears your nasal passages, which were previously blocked and you take a deeper breath, pulling in all manner of things, e.g. dust. This causes you to sneeze. Bless you!!
