Please do not Answer this idiot, he's an Ignorant Iranian who wishes to cause nothing but problems and agitate everyone. He doesn't want real answers, he wants to generate hatred and racism. I am Malaysian.
I think Japan is the most intelligent nation of the world.
For once, it learns from mistakes, and learns fast. After the WWII, Japan recovers from its damaging very fast, with the help of other nations, it quickly become as modern as other strong country. Now, Japan is one of the highest technology country in the world. It is very impressive how Japan did this, it took intelligent to be what Japan is today.

Well, I'm American. It's difficult to say, but judging from what I see (as many of the world's brightest and best end up here), perhaps India/Pakistan or China. It's hard to say who would be "most intelligent", as intelligence is merely the ability to learn and retain. Checking into resources and government compiled statistics would merely inform you as to government provided education and literacy rates. My next door neighbor is a Nigerian chemist, a fellow across the way is a Pakistani locksmith, my dentist is Irish, my doctor is Puerto Rican. Smarts come from everywhere. I ponder as to whether you mean "intelligence" or "education".

My guess is that it is Germany at present. They seem to most able to adapt and build a future inspite of adversity. I am Canadian.
