You were recruited in school. That stopped when you graduated/took a job. The only way now is to send out resumes. NOT!!!!! gross mailings. (1) select the field (2) select the career field/area (3) research companies in that area/career field and (4) submit a resume to the selected companies. You need to understand the company IS NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR NEEDS!!! You should explain in your resume what skills/talents you possess that make you a good fit with their company. Remember, during the interview/hiring process it's all about what you can do for them. You're pursuing them they did not come to you.

It sounds like a good career. The chance to help shape young minds and fosterpositive thoughts and attitudes. 15km isn't far away. If you find it boring, try and geta job as a proof reader, which I 'm sure you will find that as equally boring. You have to sit and think, write out the pros and cons of your present career and then decide what you want to do. If you honestly decide this is not for you, try HR or sales.

Well, see what job u like mostly and do it. Or maybe u can make a tuition classes at home. Isn't the idea is easier than teaching in the school. Although it same with teaching too, but you can do what you want to do when you teaches at home.

Teaching is never bore if the teacher is lively and able. Probably you do not have the right approach.

As for good jobs, note that people look for good jobs, and never good jobs looking for people,

You need to ask yourself....what work would you love to do the most? Then go for it. If you love your job, it 15km won't seem that far away.
