What areas are not?
We are blasted from within and from without every day by psychology in use. Kids test thier parents, parents use it on thier children. Spouses sometimes use it for/against their spouse. When you get a pep talk from a coach, boss, friend, relitive they are often intentionally using psychology. Some jobs give psychological tests to applicants. Others to employees. Our courts use it to determine compentency to stand trial and whether to send the incarcerated to jails or hospitals. Almost every major comercial out there has a psychologist's hands in it. They are designed to have maxium effect on the target audience. Many prey on human social tendancies such as fad/follow the pack instincts. Advertisers attempt to create certain psychological mystiques about thier product. Rarely does an ad today even talk about relitive merits/needs of the product. Instead they promote an image.
The schools use pyschology for curriculim, punishment, evaluations, mass pyschology for designing schools, choosing teachers, evacuation routes and 100 other uses.
Jobs often have training courses for bosses designed and often taught by pyschologists. The finest grain of motivational psychology has been examined and various theories put into practice to maximize employee production. Self help books are often primarily psychological self examination and repair. A whole industry has been spawned using such self shrinking as you might call it. Movie and TV scripts/special effects are often at least partially designed through psychology. The movies seem like they are formulated because they are. This formulation is built on pyschological analysis.
Personal interactions, sports, entertainment, education. Every day people use are have psychology used on them. Luckily the it is more art than science today. This limits manipulation to an extent.
