Yes, and that usually means it's bath time. More than likely, the guy has smelled bad so long, he doesn't even notice anymore. Like people who work at sewage treatment plants; after awhile, the smell becomes part of the background. You might want to talk to a supervisor, especially if you work in an area where you interact with the public. Good luck.

Florida in the summertime is bad for that . I work outside and get all sweaty , I frequently have to go inside the office which is kept about 74 degrees . When I cool off and the sweat dries I become over-powering to myself . I have asked but nobody else seems to notice the odour , but I still change shirts every couple of hours so I do not offend myself . Deodorant and aftershave fade after a couple of hours anyway .

Yeah, but he'll probably feel more offended if you say that he stinks...if you think he has a bad odor, perhaps you can tell him in a nicer way? Maybe there's a logical explanation for his smell.

IT depends....one who is naturally clean all the time can tell when they are musty and need to wash up. One who is normally stinky, has probably grown accoustomed to their stink and can not smell it anymore.

They should at least be away of their aroma. I sniff all the time (I deal with the public and one should not have an offensive stench)

Maybe you can ask him what cologne he wears to hint out to him that he smells.Or maybe someone can leave him a deodorant stick anonymously on his desk.

lol, tell him he stinks. who cares if he's offended its something he needs to be made aware of.
Once i forgot to put deodorant after a shower and went to school when i realized i was gonna stink i apologized to everyone before it got to bad lol.
