If a lady takes a contraciptory pill on the first day of her missed periods, when she had had an intercourse just 2 days back, will she get her periods that month? If yes, then within how much time after taking the pill? And please also tell that how much time after intercourse should the pill be taken?

Do you mean the 'morning after pill?' if so - you should get your periods straight away. if you mean the 'normal' pill - sorry lady - too late!!

1-I think intercourse is done in the safe period as per you mentioned 2 days back
2- then u hv taken a pill
3-most probably u must get ur periods
4-the pill should be taken within 72 hrs of sex
5-using pills as contraceptives better is to use condom
6-becoz pills are made from hormones which are harmful for our body and when u will want a baby it might cause some problems

Birth control pills have to be taken every day to be effective against pregnancy. When starting a new prescription of birth control pills or when taking certain medications with your birth control pills you should use a backup method of birth control for 2 weeks. Your question is not clear....you might be asking about the 'morning after pill' instead of regular birth control. Emergency contraception (also known as the morning-after pill) is a high dosage of the birth control pill. It is recommended to be used after sexual intercourse, over a period of 72 hours, to achieve the goal of preventing (or ending) pregnancy. See http://www.morningafterpill.org/mapinfo1.htm for more info.

I think you are not a lady & donot have any knowledge about pregency. Pills are effective only it is taken at the start MC & not after missing of periods. & there is no first day of missing period.
So no use now of any pills. Also period cannot mis after 2 days of intercoarse.
