There are several sites that will allow you to do that. But before you do, consider the following...
Because going around your networks security and virus scanning would leave the entire network open to any viruses in your Yahoo e-mail, possible hacker attacks, and possible compromise of the data on the service by the people hosting the proxy (the program that lets you get to Yahoo), you can (and normally will) be dismissed from your job for doing that.
Also, since your company could be held liable by anything you might say in a e-mail (should you threaten someone, etc) send from your work computer, they can bring civil (for money) and/or criminal (for jail time) against you for "hacking" their computers.
In my job as an IT specialist, I see this happen regularly. There is nothing in your Yahoo e-mail that is so critical that it can not wait until you get home to check it. It is not worth your job, your income, a law suite, fines, and imprisonment.
You really do not want to go around your companies security.

If you have a home PC, you can use LogMeIn.com on that computer to remotely connect to your home PC and view your email through that.
