how can they block it when they will give me another phone with the same number?

Dear there are two things to it. Your phone has a unique IMEI no: which is blocked when you report it to be stolen. Due to this that phone is blocked. When you have another phone your no: that remains same is your mobile no: which is provided by the network provider where as the IMEI no: is provided by the phone manufacturer. So its altogether a different thing. You can use the same mobile no: in any no: of phones you want but you cannot get another phone with the same IMEI no: . I hope you got it well.

If they really wanted to, they can be tracked but they wont bother and they'll probably just block it so it can never be used again
