Session Invalid? Enable Robust Exception??

I tried to open one of my favorite sites and this is what it says: Error occured while prcossessing requesr: session invalid. Pls. Enable Robust Exception Information.. . ." Whats the meaning of this and should i try it?

2 culprits here....
Some one failed to take care of session expiry and some one else failed to test it out.

Unfortunately, as a user all you can do is report the same to admin and retry.
