OK, I am not the greatest here by any stretch of the imagination but I do have things on my website you could cruise through. I don't know what you like to draw but maybe if you at least look through my things it might give you an idea for your piece of work. You can go to:
http://www.myultimatespot.com/wallpapers
Like I said, I am not the best but maybe there is something there that may spark an idea. It could you know. :)
I don't remember but if you go to just
http://www.myultimatespot.com
and click on the "Photos & Images" button, there may be more. things there.

It sounds like to me that you are wanting to use your drawing to relax at the end of the day. This may not be the best time to come up with the best ideas; things that you want to draw. You could keep pen and paper handy during the day and when you see something you would like to draw write a brief description of it down. Then at night you will have a list of things that have already sparked your interest. If nothing else, sit down, prop up your feet and draw them! It is some much fun just to draw something funny like your feet!

Set yourself up in the middle of a mall or on a city sidewalk and make "blind contour" drawings of the people or cars as they go past you. You may have onlookers and interested folks stop by. Some may volunteer to be models for more detailed drawings. You may also be moved to record some still-life. Try colored paper and contrasting colored pencils or markers or pastels.

You might not be preparing yourself properly. Just write things down when your creative juices starts flowing any time of the day or week. List them down and plan to excite yourself on what you will want to draw at night time.

What kind of art do you draw? Can u turn on the tv and sketch something you see on there, to get you started, or look up in the sky, or put some music on?

Hope your drawing block deminishes soon!!

now music overtime has being known to be a source of inspiration so basically if you need to draw make up your mind on the nature of the art work you need
if emotional then try real emotional songs
get imbibed in them then let your spirit nd soul do the rest
they need to be inspire first before you can get inspired ypurself

what did you used to draw? i used to see things i liked that artists already drew/painted, so i'd copy them until i started comming up with my own ideas. in highschool, i used to love watching gargoyle's cartoons, and one day i got the idea to draw myself as one. then when i was going through my dragon ball-z phase, i drew myself as a gargoyle holding a dragon ball. that was always fun. lots of options on how that could all be drawn out.
another idea is try listening to music you like and go off into your own world. gets your creative juices flowing. hehe.

Perhaps you could have some props, like people or flowers or ornaments, photographs can be inspiring. Looking at other peoples art can also inspire or at least give you something to work from. Hope this helps.
