Instead it feels tense, bruised, etc. around the groin area. I dont know what it means, but no semen come out D: what is it? is it something horrible like a disease? or possibly that thing that makes your semen go into your bladder? please tell me!!!

Nothing wrong with you, no disease, u just need to take give your self a break. Your penis is not a ready made semen production line that can sustain 3 daily intense sessions!!!
Did you know that a normal man takes around 3 days to fully recover from an orgasm? by that i mean that semen production to makeup for the amonut ejaculated.
3 days and u r doing it 3 times a day,e veryday, have mercy on your body.
Listen, give your self a break, at least a couple of weeks and eat well, get a lot of protien in your diet. You need to recover the semen production, penile sensitivity and your skin.

How old are you. It is possible you are not producing a lot of semen yet and after ejaculating once you have used up the days supply. If you want to test it out give your self a 2 day break from masturbating and then see how much you produce. You should be having pleasant orgasm and really good feelings. If you are masturbating 2 or 3 times a day ( which is great ) just be gentle on your penis and do work so hard. If you have never ejaculated during masterbation, you may not be able to do so yet. It comes during puberty, you may not be to that point, lay off the masterbating for a while and try again in a couple of months. Otherwise you are just bruising yourself.

young man does not have semen...It seems that feeling is ok...but there is not semen.

try to control to once a day, you system need time to produce sperm.
