Well I really liked the dialogues of "Fanaa". So, to me that film contained best dialogues.
And the best ever dialogue in the Bollywood history, was from the film "Pakeezah". From Raj Kumar.
The dialogue was:
"Rastey se ghuzar raha tha, ghalati se aapke compartment mein agaya. Aapke paunv dekhe, barey khoobsurat hai. Inhe zameen peh matt uthariey gha, mailey ho jaya gaye"

Like a "mai tera khoon pee jaaunga" "Kitne aadmi the" from Sholay
In Gangajal film, there also best dialogues. there Ajay devgan is an actor.
In Don (Old) - "Don ko pakdana mushkil hi nahi, bulki namunkin hai" by Amitabh bachhan
So many dialogues friend, i can't tell all.
Really Hindi movies are always good.

"jis school mein tum padthe ho, hum usi school ke principal hain" Love this so much, keep using it daily.
No idea about the film.
Only reason I answered this question was coz I wanted to quote Mike Myers in Austin-Powers Goldmember.......The dialogue is
"You might be a cunning linguist, but I am a master debator."

i havent sen the movie in almost a year but the theater i worked at rented out maudotoriums to a company they showed indian movies, i think the best dialouge in any of the ones ive seen was bunti and babli, i knwo im probobly spelling that wrong but it was a crime/comedy in the vain of bonnie and clyde. it was just expertly well written.

i think film WAQT of rajkumar & MUGHLEAZAM of dilip kumar has best dialoques.Also Rajkumar films r full of good dialoques like 'jinke ghar seeshe ke hote hai wai dusru ke ghar par pathar nahi fekha karte'.second is 'jaane ye khelne ki chez nahin hai hath pe lag jaye to khon nikal aata hai' from waqt.
