Does anybody know what they could be from I just noticed them they look pimple like and they are on one side and they are lie 20 they just appeared?

Go to a doctor, but don't get worried. Just be completely honest with his/her questions.
it could be razor burn, assuming you shave, it could be a reaction to latex, assuming you had sex with a condom, it could be a reaction to what you wash your underwear in, assuming you wear underwear and wash it. It could be a STD, in which case, you need to be checked out so you can get better.
