science presentations?????????????

Question

plzz. help me out of this
i need to show a science project completed until next week and i don't even hav the topics

these r d topics in my mind:
AIDS
EXOBIOLOGY
STEM CELL RESEARCH
NANOTECHNOLOGY

please choose from one of the above or suggest any other good topic
it can be of any science stream and has to exclusive

this has to be a powerpoint presentation on which i also have to speak and has to be of 10-12 min.

also it has to be high school material but not too complicated 'coz there will be counter questioning also

P.S.-provide info. also AFAP

please make it urgent 'coz i'll hav to memorise it
and since it's imp. i'll definitely give u a best ans.
