I used to continuously order my eggs scrambled until eventually I worked at a eating place. The chefs there used some kind of scrambled egg mixture pored from a carton (and it wasn't some kind of egg replace). After that i desperate to continuously order my eggs sunnyside up if i wanted to confirm i develop into getting "clean" eggs.

Sunnyside up on a normal day or scrambled if it's a morning after I've been out drinking the night before.

If I'm also having toast, I'd pick the sunny side up eggs so I could use the toast to sop up the gooey yoke.
