maintain some form of regular physical activity (whatever suits you and you can stick at)
regarding contents of your diet, try to cutout things that crop up too often in your current diet. they may be foods you are allergic to and therefore crave (ironic but fact). consult a dietitian if you can get access to one.
if you have a bad diet or excercise day dont give up hope on it, just try to compensate the next day (in moderation - dont overdo it or you may develop an eating disorder)

exercise bikes are a great way to lose weight. do about an hour a day or more if u want. i say an hour because it takes the body 20 to 30 mine to get into its fat burning zone. and exercise bikes are good coz u can sit and watch telly or read while u exercise

join a club and get advice on the right foods and exercise and stick to it i don't think losing weight quickly helps as no sooner you have lost it your putting it back on so i think changing the way you eat and do things would be more beneficial in the long term

To eat 7 little meals divided over the whole day,in stead of starving yourself.
Drink lots of water in between the meals.
Eat tomatoes and cucumbers as snacks.
They have nothing that put on weight.
Use as little of fat and sugar as you can.
But your body needs nutrients.
So choose wisely,what you eat.

cut your food intake by 50% you'll find it tough at first but after a week or so you will take it in your stride, and just veg and white meat and all the fruit you can eat and regular bowel action and your weight will drop considerably
