phone your provider, ask them for the cancellation number for the mobile number that you keep getting texts from. They will give you a number to call, press one or whatever the instruction says and they will delete your number from their computer. it happened to me a month or so ago, after getting a ring tone, 3 a week they were sending, I called orange, gave them the number txting and did the above and I havent had one since. Good luck

You need to send the word STOP ALL to that number. It would take about 48 hours for you to un-subscribe from their service. You need to be really careful with these numbers, because people assume they are spamming which really sadly technically they are not.
If you browse on a wap or web site and request a ring tone or a wallpaper, you will find it will subscribe you to their service as a part of their T and C's. And you would carry on receiving them. They wouldn't just start sending them to you, the only way is somehow you have inadvertently subscribed. Even if you browse on your PC at home on their site, and you enter your number, that subscribes you.
The subscription follows the number. So if you changed your number recently and this started happening, its more then likely the previous owner of the number had the service, If you have always had your number, the only way this would of started if either you have subscribed to it yourself by mistake, or some one else has been using your phone downloading stuff and subscribing you to all sorts. Kids can be a bugger for doing that on their parent's phone.
This would of been beyond your network providers control. Its a third party company service that been requested initially from the Sim, that is the only way. They will help you as most as they can stop it for you.

Dear you will have to try out options.
1. Reply to that message with HELP and you might get a list of commands which may include how to unsubscribe from it.
2. Register a complaint with your network provider that you are being spammed.
3. Try to access the same link from the internet and you may get an option to Unsubscribe.
4. Finally if all these doesnt help all you got is to register a FIR at your nearby Police Station if you think your credit is being wrongly deducted.
All the best.

Ringtones are a totally useless thing marketed to children who have no clue and serve only to suck them dry of money. Can you imagine going back 20 or 30 years ago.. no wait, go back to 1952... just having any kind of ring on the phone was an accomplishment.. It was usually a bone jarring brrRRRiiiNNG but it served the purpose just fine. Now all you techno-retards are stumbling all over each other to get stupid, obnoxious "ringtones". Who the hell needs it? Get a job instead.

Call up the customer care of your network provider and explain in detail about the cash drop from your a/c, and say them if this happens further I(you) will surrender the connection and choose for a better service provider.

They are breaking the law by doing this.
ring o2 (or whatever provider you are with) and tell them about it.
Tell them you want to get an engineer to ban them from texting you.
Or (this is a long shot) try replying to the text with the word STOP in capitals, it sometimes works.
