Leggings look best with a top that is longer and goes over your bottom or a short dress. However you can wear them with a mini skirt as well.

Hi Bryan. If you are a boy and like to wear girl stuff, then try them with a tunic. It is a cute look that shows off your legs more. And it gives you a chance to find some really cute shoes to go with it.

A shift dress. Make sure the leggins are black. Wear pleanty of 80's inspired jewllery. Go for it... Vertical stripes can make a statement - only for the young though!!!

errrm... if you're a guy.. then i wouldnt know.. i didnt know guys wore leggings.. but if you're a gal.. you can pair it with a sweater, a jersey... even a fitting top with sa really mini denim skirt...
